Cool delivery:

• Deliveries during the summer season from May 1st to the end of September will be made by refrigerated delivery (delivered at around 3 degrees).
• Wine is sensitive to temperature changes, so please unpack it promptly after it arrives and store it in a cool, dark place.
• When ordering wine goods and some food items, please select standard shipping.
• As a general rule, we cannot accept deliveries to delivery boxes that do not provide cooling.

Please note that if your order is sent by regular shipping, we will not be able to accept returns or cancellations of the wine due to spillage or deterioration in quality.

Returns

[Before uncorking]

• If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if it is defective (damaged or dirty), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please return the product to us and we will exchange it for a new one.
• Please note that if a replacement cannot be provided, we will provide a refund.
• We will cover the return shipping costs.
• If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds, or returns. Please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives.
• Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns for reasons other than those mentioned above.
