- Red wine, medium-bodied, medium-dry
- The pure and fragrant fruitiness and rich aromas of raspberries, violets, and rose petals spread in layers throughout the mouth. The elegant acidity extends the aftertaste and blends into a fine finish. The sweet nuances of toffee, cedar, and white pepper from the barrels further enhance the appeal of this wine. After 7 days of low-temperature fermentation after harvest, the wine is fermented in open stainless steel fermentation tanks (75%) and new barrels (25%), and then aged for 15 months in French barrels (60% new barrels). This wine has the "delicacy" that is the ultimate goal of Noria's wines. The Freestone region, where this vineyard is located, has the coolest climate in northern California, which allows it to produce pure and gorgeous Pinot Noir that cannot be found anywhere else. The red fruits are impressive and gorgeous.
